Our next " theme " starting from next Monday is Leg locks!!!!!!!!!!

On saturday we will have sparring with Hanko Hyrskyt @ their gym in Hanko!!!!!!!!
The time was set to be at 14.00 but it will maybe change to 14.30 or 15.00 I will check with Tony. I will inform you asap.
We will try to hold these sparring sessions every now and then with the Hanko gym to get good sparring with different people!!
Next time we will hold it in Tammisaari!!
So lets go there with a lot of people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So it`s BJJ and starts at 18.30!!!! ( no NO GI training this day!!!)
